LEGOLAND DISCOVERY CENTRE MELBOURNE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED
We are currently working with the Victorian government to ensure we can open soon and safely. Please sign up to our newsletter for the latest information.
As part of the Victorian Government’s latest restrictions to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily closed LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne. The move is consistent with the closure of other indoor entertainment venues and postponement of events in order to prevent further outbreaks.
The temporary closure has been effective since of 5:30pm on Wednesday 8 July.
However, our LEGO Retail store has re-opened as of November 1st, operating from 12:00pm to 5:00pm daily. Please see below for more information.
To be kept up to date on when our attraction is scheduled to re-open, please visit our website and social media pages.
Rest assured, whilst taking precautionary social distancing and hygiene measures, staff will continue to feed, care for and provide enrichment opportunities to maintain the welfare of all of the animals in our care.
LEGO Store re-opening
Our LEGO® retail store will reopen with enhanced health and safety measures in place to keep everyone safe on Sunday November 1. Open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm daily. Please note that Click and Collect will continue to be offered contactless with Chadstone Parcel Concierge service.
For any store enquiries please email our retail team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I use my ticket at a later date?
If you have already purchased tickets to our attraction, these tickets have been extended as open-dated tickets, which will be valid until December 31 2020.
Once a reopen date for LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne has been announced, we will send out more information on how to book a new visit time using tickets that were purchased during the period of closure.
When will you reopen?
The Victorian Government has advised the Stage 3 lockdown will last for six weeks, however, we will be in regular contact with authorities to ensure we have the most up-to-date advice on when we can reopen.
I’ve bought a Merlin Annual Pass – what happens?
We want to reassure all Victorian Merlin Annual Passholders that we will be extending your passes. You won’t need to do anything as your pass will be updated automatically. We will let Passholders know further updates via email, our social media channels and our website: https://www.merlinannualpass.com.au/whats-on/covid-19-information-and-update
