What are the terms and conditions of booking a birthday party package?
No outside food and beverages are permitted to be brought into the attraction with the exception of lolly/party bags.
All children MUST bring socks if they wish to play in the LEGO® City Soft Play Zone. Closed toe shoes are required to ride Merlin's Apprentice.
Height and other restrictions apply on the Merlin's Apprentice and Kingdom Quest Rides. Please ensure you check these restrictions prior to visiting. Children under 130cm will require an adult to accompany them on some of the rides within the attraction.
The birthday party group will only be admitted into the attraction once the whole group has arrived. All birthday party guests will be provided with wristbands. We recommend arriving at admissions 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of the party room booking.
Once full payment is made Birthday Parties are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes no shows.
