Please check your junk and spam folders as at times emails can end up there. Please also check your bank account to see if there has been a transaction debited.
If you still do not see your confirmation email and/or tickets please visit here, select book online now and then select the Order Lookup option on our ticket booking screen under the Menu button in the top left corner. You will need to supply your email address and phone number that you used when attempting the booking.
If you can confirm that no transaction or booking has been made, please ensure to clear your cache and browser history before attempting to complete the transaction again.
